CAPEC is a non-profit organisation established to represent the interests of the world’s leading integrated express delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Our mission
CAPEC works closely with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia to further the interests of the express industry and to facilitate trade expansion and economic growth in both countries.
Governance Structure
Board of Directors
The CAPEC Board consists of Managing Directors or Senior Executives of each founding member's company. The Board elects a Chairperson and has overall authority to set CAPEC's agenda, objectives and budget.
Secretary
Supports the Board in the daily running of CAPEC activities, ensuring all statutory requirements are met and coordinating Board and AGM meetings.
Executive Committee
Senior executives from each founding member who lobby on behalf of CAPEC and work with Australian governments and regulatory authorities.
