CAPEC is a non-profit organisation established to represent the interests of the world’s leading integrated express delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS.

Our Mission

CAPEC works closely with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia to further the interests of the express industry and to facilitate trade expansion and economic growth in Australia.

Board of Directors

The CAPEC Board of Directors consists of the Managing Directors or Senior Executives of each respective founding member’s company (four in total).  The CAPEC board elect a Chairperson to chair all board meeting.  The CAPEC board of Directors have overall authority to set the agenda, objective and budget of CAPEC.

Secretary

The secretary support the Board of Directors in the daily running of CAPEC activities, ensuring CAPEC meet all statutory requirements and co-ordination of Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting.

CAPEC Facilitation Committee

The facilitation committee consist of senior executives of each founding member’s company.  The facilitation committee role is to lobby on behalf of CAPEC and to work with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia to further the interests of the express industry.

CAPEC Security Committee

The facilitation committee consist of security managers of each founding member’s company.  The Facilitation committee role is to lobby on behalf of CAPEC and to work with governments and regulatory authorities in Australia to further the interests of the express industry.
